1. Your Right to Cancel
Under UK distance selling regulations, customers have 14 days from receipt of goods to request a return for online orders.
2. Physical Products
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unused
- Returned in original packaging
If an item has been opened or used, the refund may be reduced to reflect any loss of value.
We may refuse a return or apply deductions if items are returned damaged, missing accessories/manuals, inadequately packaged, or showing use beyond reasonable inspection.
3. Custom-Built / Bespoke PCs
Custom-built PCs are made to order.
- Refund rights may be limited once assembly or build work has started
- Any applicable deductions will be clearly explained
For bespoke/custom-built PCs, once build work has commenced (including component ordering, assembly, or configuration), cancellation may result in deductions for labour and any non-returnable components.
4. Digital Products
Digital products (downloads, licence keys, activation codes) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers pay return shipping for unwanted items or change-of-mind returns
- Eclipse Technologies covers return shipping only if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us promptly at eclipse.it@outlook.com
- We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with UK consumer law
7. Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
8. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return where applicable).
