We offer both remote support and home visits for customers throughout the county. For customers within a 5-mile radius of our base in Nether Stowey, we also provide a free local call-out with no fuel charge. Our aim is to make reliable technical support accessible and convenient for the local community

He specialises in PC diagnostics, repairs, custom-built systems and customer support, while also overseeing the company’s marketing, business development and day-to-day operations.
With a passion for technology and a commitment to excellent service, Ben ensures every customer receives straightforward advice and solutions tailored to their needs.
Rafi
Technician
Rafi is part of Eclipse Technologies’ technical team and assists with diagnostics, repairs and system maintenance. He enjoys solving technical problems and helping customers get their devices back up and running as quickly as possible.
Whether it’s troubleshooting software issues or assisting with hardware repairs, Rafi is dedicated to delivering dependable support and quality workmanship.
