1. Fair Usage Policy
All service plans are subject to fair usage. Monthly support time is capped per tier. Any additional time will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
2. Remote Support Scope
Remote support includes troubleshooting, guidance, and software-related assistance. Hardware repairs require an in-person visit.
3. Callouts
- Callouts must be booked in advance
- Additional distance may incur travel charges
4. Response Times
Response times are based on tier level but are not guaranteed during peak periods.
5. Exclusions
Service plans do NOT include:
- Hardware parts
- Major rebuilds or installations
- Data recovery services
- Third-party software licensing
6. Misuse of Service
Excessive or unreasonable requests may result in:
- Plan review
- Additional charges
- Termination of service
7. Payment Terms
- Plans are billed monthly in advance
- 30-day cancellation policy
8. Non-Transferable
Plans apply to one household or device group unless agreed otherwise.
