Warranty Coverage
Eclipse Technologies Ltd provides a standard warranty on all Eclipse-built PCs. The specific warranty period will be clearly stated on the product page, invoice, or order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, the warranty covers:
- Hardware faults due to manufacturing defects
- Parts supplied and installed by Eclipse Technologies
- Labour required to diagnose and repair covered faults
Customer pays shipping to Eclipse for inspection unless the fault is confirmed as covered under warranty.
If covered, Eclipse covers return shipping back to the customer.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by:
- Customer misuse or neglect
- Liquid or moisture damage
- Accidental or physical damage
- Power surges or electrical faults outside the PC
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorised repairs, upgrades, or modifications
- Third-party software issues
- Customer-supplied components (unless explicitly agreed in writing)
Warranty Process
If a fault occurs:
- Contact us at eclipse.it@outlook.com with a description of the issue
- We may request troubleshooting steps or diagnostics
- If required, the system may need to be returned for inspection
Warranty repairs or replacements will be provided in line with UK consumer law.
